目的对莿柊Scolopia chinensis的化学成分进行研究。方法采用多种色谱方法进行分离,通过NMR等波谱方法结合其他化学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到9个化合物,分别为木栓酮(Ⅰ)、正三十一烷(Ⅱ)、正三十一碳醇(Ⅲ)、阿魏酸二十八酯(Ⅳ)、香草酸(Ⅴ)、对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅵ)、二十八烷醇(Ⅶ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅷ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ)。结论化合物Ⅱ~Ⅸ均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Scolopia chinensis. Methods A variety of chromatographic methods were used to separate the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR spectroscopy and other chemical methods. As a result, nine compounds were isolated from the wolfberry, namely, thromboxane (I), n-triacontane (II), n-31 carbonol (III), stearyl ferulate (IV), Vanillic acid (V), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (VI), octacosanol (VII), β-sitosterol (VIII), and carotenoid (IX). Conclusion Compounds II~IX were isolated from this genus for the first time.
