1991年初至1901年底,儿科、产科协作,严格选择正常新生儿35例,采取新生儿脐带血,测定血清中门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、a羟丁酸脱氨酶(a-HBD)的活性,经我院及省儿童医院检测结果表明,所测正常新生儿心酶活性与小儿其它年龄组正常参数值基本相同。以往报道正常新生儿心酶活性增高,与本文结果不同,我们认为与选择对象有关。正常新生儿如无围产期因素影响,多种酶量及活性均偏低。心酶活性增高,我们认为并非生理状态,应认为新生儿受围产期因素影响所致,对增高明显的新生儿应进一步检查心、脑、肝等脏器受损情况,以便早期发现疾病及时治疗。
From the beginning of 1991 to the end of 1901, pediatric and obstetric cooperation, strict selection of 35 normal newborns, umbilical cord blood taken neonatal serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), a-hydroxybutyrate deaminase (a-HBD) activity by our hospital and the Provincial Children’s Hospital test results show that measured normal neonatal cardiomyocyte activity and other age groups normal parameter values are basically the same. Previous reports of normal neonatal cardiac enzyme activity increased, and the results of this article is different, we believe that the choice of the object. Normal newborns without perinatal factors, a variety of enzymes and activity are low. Cardiac enzyme activity increased, we think it is not the physiological state, should be considered due to the influence of perinatal factors in newborns, increased obviously newborns should further check the heart, brain, liver and other organ damage in order to early detection of the disease and timely treatment.
