作者报告53例未经治疗的晚期(Ⅲ或Ⅳ期)头颈癌,在放疗前用顺铂与5-Fu联合化疗。方法是:化疗开始前18小时静脉水化与甘露醇利尿,继之以顺铂80mg/m~2,6小时静脉输入,然后又18小时静脉输入生理盐水或葡萄糖盐水,然后连续96小时静脉输入5-Fu,总量6g。完成化疗一周后开始用4MeV直线加速器放疗,T_D55～58.5Gy/25天次,有的人在残存区用电子线补充。治疗中每周评定一次疗效,然后1～2个月一次。结果41例接受两个疗程化疗,6例接受三个疗程,另有6例仅一个疗程。53例均完成了放疗,随诊最长58个月。化疗总有效率66%,但仅2例达到全效。在
The authors report 53 untreated advanced stage (stage III or IV) head and neck cancers with cisplatin and 5-Fu chemotherapy before radiotherapy. The method was: intravenous hydration and mannitol diuresis 18 hours before the start of chemotherapy, followed by cisplatin 80 mg/m~2, 6 hours intravenous input, then 18 hours intravenous input of saline or glucose saline, and then continuous 96-hour intravenous input 5-Fu, total 6g. One week after the completion of chemotherapy, radiotherapy with a 4MeV linear accelerator began, T_D55 ~ 58.5Gy/25 days, and some people supplemented with electronic wire in the surviving area. Treatments are rated once a week for treatment and then once every 2 to 2 months. Results Forty-one patients received two courses of chemotherapy, six patients received three courses, and another six patients had only one course of treatment.
