互联网技术的飞速发展使得各种电子商务创新也纷至沓来,继美团外卖等餐饮O2O平台的推出,其他行业也纷纷涉足电商领域。其中O2O水果商店凭借其“懒人经济”的竞争优势,在白领圈、高校圈受到广泛欢迎。本文针对当前高校020水果店的运营模式,以中南财经政法大学为例进行问卷调研,采用AHP-模糊综合评价法分析高校O2O水果店服务质量,并提出相应对策建议。
The rapid development of Internet technology has brought a variety of e-commerce innovations to come. After the launch of the O2O platform catering and catering services such as the US group takeover, other industries have also stepped into the field of e-commerce. One O2O fruit store by virtue of its “lazy economy ” competitive advantage, in the white-collar, college circles are widely welcomed. In this paper, the operating mode of 020 fruit shops in colleges and universities is studied in this paper. A case study of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law is conducted to investigate the service quality of O2O fruit shops in colleges and universities based on AHP - fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
