航空航天装备制造业作为高端装备制造业的重要部门,已成为带动国民经济增长的主导产业。揭示科技创新与航空航天装备制造业成长的互动规律,对于实施创新驱动战略、提升航空航天装备制造业国际竞争优势、实现制造业强国战略目标具有重要的理论和现实意义。运用演化计量经济学方法分析创新过程与航空航天装备制造业成长间的互动共生关系,进而分析航空航天装备制造业创新活动和产业发展的空间演化关系。运用省级区域数据进行实证分析发现,创新过程与航空航天装备制造业成长间具有显著的互动共生关系,且这种互动共生呈现明显的规律性,基础创新、产品创新、工艺创新对战略性新兴产业成长的促进作用具有显著的阶段性特征,且各阶段间呈现明显的次序关联关系;创新活动的空间演化和航空航天装备制造业发展的空间演化呈现出相互强化集聚发展的规律性。
As an important part of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry, the aerospace equipment manufacturing industry has become the leading industry that drives the growth of the national economy. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to reveal the interactive law of science and technology innovation and the growth of aerospace equipment manufacturing industry. It has important theoretical and practical significance for implementing innovation-driven strategy, enhancing the international competitive advantage of aerospace equipment manufacturing industry and realizing the strategic goal of building a powerful manufacturing country. The evolutionary econometrics method was used to analyze the interactive symbiosis between innovation process and aerospace equipment manufacturing growth, and then to analyze the spatial evolvement relationship between innovation activity and industrial development of aerospace equipment manufacturing industry. Empirical analysis using provincial-level regional data shows that there is a significant symbiotic relationship between the innovation process and the growth of the aerospace equipment manufacturing industry, and this interactive symbiosis shows a clear regularity. The basic innovation, product innovation and process innovation are strategic and emerging The promotion of industrial growth has notable characteristics of phases, and there is a clear sequence of correlations between the stages. The spatial evolution of innovation activities and the spatial evolution of the development of the manufacturing industry of the aerospace equipment show the regularity of mutually reinforcing development of agglomeration.
