绿菜花为十字花科甘蓝类蔬菜。它营养丰富,但耐贮性差,采收后在20~25℃下24h花蕾即变黄。因此,应对采收和采后的每个环节引起重视。一、采收前的管理在绿菜花由营养生长转为生殖生长时,要大水大肥,以免造成花蕾过早黄衰。二、采收在主花球已充分长大,花蕾尚未开散,花球紧实、色绿时采收。采收应在6:00—7:00进行,严禁中午或下午采收。使用不锈钢刀具,将花蕾顶部往下约16cm处切断,除去叶柄及小叶,装入塑料周转箱中。箱面要覆盖1层叶片,以防水分蒸发,严禁使用柳条筐或竹筐装运。采收后立即运往加工场所进行预冷,尽量减少在田间停留的时间。
