在简要叙述台湾地区技职本科院校招生工作情况的基础上,指出其招生工作的特点:招生形式多样,允许考生多渠道入学;报考资格多样,注重职业培训经验及职业技术资格;身心障碍甄试入学,关注弱势群体职业教育。其特点对大陆的职业教育有所启示,即宜适当放宽报考资格,关注考生多方面才能;结合地方特色,调整招生制度;制定相关政策,保障身心障碍群体接受高等职业教育;提升职业教育层次,完善本科、硕士与博士学历学位。
On the basis of a brief account of the enrollment of technical and vocational colleges in Taiwan, the paper points out the characteristics of its enrollment: the diverse forms of enrollment allow candidates to go through multiple channels; the diverse qualifications of applicants, the vocational training experience and professional and technical qualifications; Trying for school, focusing on vocational education for vulnerable groups.
