目的通过对比中美招收飞行学员医学选拔斜视标准,分析2012~2015年空军招飞定选学员体检数据,探讨中美招飞医学选拔标准的差异,为完善我国招飞体检标准积累数据、提供参考。方法对比中美招收飞行员医学选拔标准,统计分析近4年招飞定选阶段因斜视被淘汰学员的体检数据,参照美军医学标准重新判定其合格情况。结果美军招飞医学选拔在隐斜标准上较我军标准更宽松,我军招飞定选中部分被淘汰的学员参考美军标准可能合格,所占比例4年平均为13.87%;显斜方面,中美医学选拔标准基本一致。结论我军招收空军飞行员体检过程中,可结合我国国情,参考美军标准,适当放宽隐斜方面的招飞标准并长期跟踪因放宽现行标准而入选的学员成飞比例,进而为我军制定更为成熟、完善、合理的招飞标准积累数据,提供依据。 Objective To compare the medical selection strabismus standards of China and the United States to recruit pilots and to analyze the physical examination data of selected candidates for the Air Force from 2012 to 2015 and to explore the differences of medical selection criteria between China and the United States. . Methods Compared with the medical selection criteria of pilots recruited by China and the United States, statistical analysis of the physical examination data of the trainees who were eliminated due to strabismus in the past 4 years and their qualifications were re-evaluated according to the medical standards of the U.S. military. As a result, the medical selection of U.S. military recruits and traders was looser than that of our military on the standard of hidden-dip. Some of the students who were eliminated during the recruitment and re-election of the PLA military were likely to pass the standards of the U.S. military with an average of 13.87% in 4 years. On the other hand, The standard of American medical selection is basically the same. Conclusions In the course of medical examination of air force pilots, our military may, with reference to the standards of the U.S. military, refer to the national standards of our military appropriately and properly relax the standards for recruit students in faint horizons and track the proportion of students selected for relaxation due to relaxation of existing standards for a long time, Mature, perfect and reasonable standards of the move to accumulate data to provide the basis.
