利用四块Nd…YVO_4晶体,采用主振荡功率放大结构对全固态连续单频1064nm激光种子源进行四级放大,实现了实验级别的百瓦级连续单频1064nm激光源输出。注入抽运功率为220.00 W时,放大级最大输出功率为103.80W,总的光光转化效率为33.2%。激光放大器的输出功率为97.73W时,激光放大器的长期功率稳定性在5小时内优于±0.53%,光束质量因子M~2<1.38,强度噪声在4.3 MHz处达到了量子噪声极限。
Four all-solid-state continuous single-frequency 1064nm laser seed source is amplified by four Nd: YVO_4 crystals and main oscillator power amplification structure. Experimental output of 100w continuous single-frequency 1064nm laser source is achieved. When the pumping power is 220.00 W, the maximum output power of the amplifier stage is 103.80W, and the total light conversion efficiency is 33.2%. When the output power of the laser amplifier is 97.73W, the long-term power stability of the laser amplifier is better than ± 0.53% within 5 hours and the beam quality factor M ~ 2 <1.38. The intensity noise reaches the quantum noise limit at 4.3 MHz.
