运用自旋涂膜(spin-coating)技术在清洁的Si片衬底上制备出共轭聚合物(regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene),rr-P3HT)薄膜样品,利用同步辐射光电子能谱(SRPES)结合常规X射线光电子能谱(XPS),原位观测金属Ca在rr-P3HT表面沉积过程中的化学反应与界面电子结构.发现在Ca沉积过程中,Ca不仅引起rr-P3HT能带弯曲,而且选择性地与rr-P3HT中的S元素发生化学反应,而与C元素没有明显的化学反应.同时,通过对Ca/rr-P3HT界面的价带和二次电子截止边变化的考察,获得了Ca/rr-P3HT界面清晰的能级排布图像.
The samples of regioregular poly (3-hexylthiophene) and rr-P3HT films were prepared on a clean Si substrate by spin-coating technique.
