利用细胞化学方法,通过图象分析仪,对吞噬煤尘后的肺巨噬细胞内酸性磷酸酶活性进行了定量观察。结果表明,煤尘作用一小时,肺巨噬细胞酶活性受到一定程度的抑制;达八小时,活性增强,表明煤尘的低毒性作用。本实验还将煤尘与矽尘作用的不同时间酶活性进行了比较,结果表明,煤尘比矽尘对肺巨噬细胞酸性磷酸酶活性有更为持久的致增强作用。这二种粉尘作用后的肺巨噬细胞形态的特征性改变,均与酶活性水平有一致性关系。
Cytochemical method was used to quantitatively observe the acid phosphatase activity of lung macrophages after phagocytosis of coal dust by image analyzer. The results showed that the activity of lung macrophage was inhibited to a certain degree after the coal dust was applied for one hour. The activity of the macrophage was enhanced after eight hours, indicating the low toxic effect of coal dust. The experiment also compared the activity of coal dust and silica dust at different times, and the results showed that coal dust had a more sustained and enhancement effect on acid phosphatase activity of lung macrophage than silica dust. The characteristic changes of morphology of lung macrophages after the action of these two kinds of dust are consistent with the level of enzyme activity.
