毋庸讳言,目前我国风险投资事业的发展与发达国家相比尚存在祖当大的差距。为了尽快缩小这个差距,我们可以有两种选择:一种是吸纳国外风险投资,引进国外先进的管理经验和人才;另一种是走出国门,到发达国家建立中国风险投资公司,在“实战”中培养我国的风险投资人才,积累风险投资经验。目前,我国比较重视的是吸纳国外风险投资,并采取了许多措施,引进了一些国外风险投资基金。本文为我们提供了另一种思路,对我国发展风险投资事业不无启迪。 Needless to say, the gap between the development of venture capital in our country and that of developed countries is still huge.
