提起食品安全,让人想起这么一句话:“对食物短缺的担忧,已被对食品安全的恐惧代替了。”这句话在国际上很流行,也大体符合目前我国消费者的心态。每一次问题食品的披露,都会引发一场“地震”。被曝光的食品品牌知名度越高,“震级”也就越高,“震感”也就愈强烈。目前,国家有关部门已经认识到食品安全问题的严重性。党的十六大把“健全农产品的质量安全体系,增强农业的市场竞争力”写进了报告。农业部的“无公害食品行动计划”也已经在全国范围启动。今年,市人大常委会将食品安全相关法律法规执法检查作为本年度四项重点监督工作之一,精心挑选了猪肉作为切入点,“从源头到餐桌”细细考问食品安全链上的每一个环节,为完善食品安全法制环境推波助澜,给餐桌前的老百姓吃一颗“定心丸”。
