对精炼炉熔渣的泡沫化进行了实验室研究和半工业性的实验研究。实验在硅化钼棒炉和 10 0 0 kg感应炉内进行。考察了熔渣碱度、熔渣中 Ca F2 含量及发泡剂配比对发泡效果的影响。在分析大量实验数据的基础上 ,对熔渣发泡机理进行了探讨。研究结果表明 :所研究的 Ca O- Si O2 -Mg O- Al2 O3渣系 ,在碱度为 1.0~ 1.2、Ca F2 含量为 6 %~ 8%和碳加入量过剩指数为 1.4~ 1.5时 ,发泡效果较好。
The laboratory research and semi-industrial experimental research on the foaming of the refining furnace slag were carried out. Experiments were conducted in a molybdenum silicide rod furnace and a 10 0 kg induction furnace. The effects of basicity of slag, content of Ca F2 in slag and foaming agent on foaming effect were investigated. On the basis of analyzing a large amount of experimental data, the foaming mechanism of slag was discussed. The results show that when the basicity of Ca-Si O2 -Mg O-Al2 O3 slag system is 1.0-1.2, the content of Ca F2 is 6-8% and the excess carbon content is 1.4-1.5, Foaming effect is better.
