实验劳动经济学起源于行为经济学、实验经济学与劳动经济学研究思想和技术的结合。近年来,劳动经济学领域的研究渐渐引入公平、互惠、参照依赖、损失厌恶等概念和框架,借助实验经济学的研究方法重新审视了古典劳动经济学理论,在工人努力水平、劳动供给、再分配理论、人力资本、社会歧视等一系列劳动经济学传统主题上对传统劳动经济学研究进行了外延拓展和内涵深化,并取得了突破性进展。本文梳理了实验劳动经济学研究发展的基本脉络,对实验劳动经济学的前沿进展作了评述,并指出了进一步拓展的方向。
Experimental labor economics originated from the combination of behavioral economics, experimental economics and labor economics research ideas and techniques. In recent years, the research in the field of labor economics gradually introduces the concepts and frameworks of fairness, reciprocity, reliance on reference and loss of aversion, and reexamines the classical theory of labor economics with the aid of experimental economics research methods. The workforce level of labor, labor supply, Distribution theory, human capital, social discrimination and a series of traditional topics of labor economics, the traditional labor economics has been extended and deepened in terms of its research and has made breakthrough progress. This paper combs the basic context of the development of experimental labor economics, reviews the advances of experimental labor economics, and points out the direction for further expansion.
