车载计算机作为车辆微机控制中的重要环节,其自身安全性及可靠性至关重要。列车实际运行时,对于控制系统的可靠性与安全性有着严格要求。考虑到安全计算机高可靠性冗余容错的特点,研究设计列车车载冗余计算机时应着重研究拓展新的组成结构及工作原理。介绍了列车车载计算机运用场合;概述冗余技术之间比较、选择和应用,包括冗余模式、同步技术手段的设计和表决器的设计;提出硬件可靠性设计措施和软件设计思路与方法,探讨冗余容错的硬件实现技术方法及软件系统特点。
Car computer as an important part of the computer control of the vehicle, its own safety and reliability is essential. The actual operation of the train, the reliability and safety of the control system has strict requirements. Considering the characteristics of redundancy and fault tolerance of high reliability of safety computer, we should study and develop new compositional structure and working principle when researching on-board redundant computer. This paper introduces the application of on-board computer in train, summarizes the comparison, selection and application of redundant technologies, including the design of redundancy mode and synchronization technique and the design of voting device. It also puts forward the design ideas and methods of hardware reliability design and software design. Redundant fault-tolerant hardware technology and software system features.
