学校是一个充满矛盾的统一体,师生这一矛盾在学校诸矛盾中居主要地位,教师在这一主要矛盾中又居主要方面。教师队伍的建设是学校的一项综合的、特殊的、人的“基建”工程,教师队伍本身又是一个有着自身多方面和多层次的矛盾体,这主要表现为能力与态度,数量与质量,稳定与流动等,只有对此予以辩证分析和正确处理,才能自觉地、有力地搞好教师队伍的建设和解决在教师队伍建设过程中的一些难题。
