目的建立满山红中杜鹃素和槲皮素的含量测定方法,为满山红质量标准的研究提供科学依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法同时测定满山红中杜鹃素和槲皮素的含量;色谱条件为DiamonsilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,以甲醇-0.2%的磷酸溶液(58∶42)为流动相;检测波长为0~10min299nm,10~20min360nm。结果杜鹃素在0.0778~0.389μg、槲皮素在0.0188~0.1692μg范围内线性关系良好;杜鹃素平均加样回收率为97.0%,RSD为1.4%;槲皮素平均加样回收率为98.0%,RSD为1.3%。结论本方法精密度高,分离度良好,可用于同时测定满山红中杜鹃素和槲皮素的含量。 Objective To establish a method for determining the content of rhododendron and quercetin in Rhizoma Mansoni, providing scientific basis for the study of the quality standards of Rhododendron. Methods The content of rhododendron and quercetin in Rhizoma Mansoni was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatographic conditions were Diamonsil C18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) column and methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution (58:42). The mobile phase; detection wavelength is 0 ~ 10min299nm, 10 ~ 20min360nm. Results The rhododendradiol had a good linearity in the range of 0.01778-0.389 μg and quercetin in the range of 0.0188-0.1692 μg. The average recovery of rhododendrol was 97.0%, RSD was 1.4%, and the average recovery of quercetin was 98.0%. RSD is 1.3%. Conclusion The method has high precision and good resolution and can be used to determine the content of rhododendron and quercetin in Rhizoma Mansoni.
