本课题将使用石墨烯与PEDOT进行复合,并对复合材料的电学性能进行了研究。分别采用石墨烯、PEDOT、石墨烯/PEDOT作为掺杂物制作电极,测它们的比电容值,并将三者进行对比。最后得出石墨烯/PEDOT的比电容值最大,最高可达到168.7 F/g。这主要是由于石墨烯与PEDOT存在较强的相互作用,π电子从石墨烯转移至PEDOT,被掺杂的PEDOT与石墨烯通过π-π共轭作用结合在一起,形成相对独立的导电单元,并且,随着这种导电单元数量的增加直至相互接触,形成大的导电体系,则复合材料的比电容值达到最大值
This topic will use graphene composite with PEDOT, and the electrical properties of the composite materials were studied.
