8月9日下午,记者直奔位于泉城东部的济南市安监局。一路上,天阴沉沉的,使人感到闷热难耐,老天是否又在孕育一场暴雨?这不禁让人回想7月18日的那场暴雨灾害。据山东省气象局统计显示,3个小时内的降水量达到180毫米,实为百年一遇的大降雨,面对这样的天灾,人力或许显得有些单薄。“嘎……”的一脚刹车,把记者的思绪带回到了现实中。济南市安监局到了,迎接记者的是张秀领副局长。
