郑州市某隧道工程地处黄河冲击平原,设计标段基坑开挖深度为21m,工程场地地质条件及地下水情况复杂。在基坑支护结构设计时,充分利用该工程场地地质特点,以最大允许放坡作为前提,分别采用土钉墙支护+锚杆、水泥土墙+锚杆、排桩+锚杆和花管注浆的复合支护型式进行方案比较。选定的放坡+花管注浆方案,经过施工监测,指标均在设计控制标准之内,具有较好的基坑支护效果和经济效益。本文详细介绍了基坑支护结构的设计思路,以供类似工程借鉴。
A tunnel project in Zhengzhou is located in the Yellow River impact plain. The excavation depth of the pit of the design section is 21m. The geological conditions of the project site and the groundwater situation are complex. In the design of foundation pit supporting structure, taking full advantage of the geological characteristics of the project site to the maximum allowable grading as a precondition, soil nailing wall support + bolt, cement earth wall + bolt, row of piles + bolt and flower Pipe grouting composite support type program comparison. The selected grading + pipe grouting program, after construction monitoring, the indicators are within the design control standards, with good foundation pit supporting effect and economic benefits. This paper introduces the design of foundation pit supporting structure in detail for reference for similar projects.
