目的探讨CT以及MRI两种影像学检测技术对于直肠癌病人在手术前实施分期诊断的准确度比较分析。方法采取随机抽样的方法选择在医院中的从2015年4月到2016年4月接受治疗的患有直肠癌的病人共有200例,将全部病人平均地分为两个组,包括CT组与MRI组,其中CT组的病人实施CT诊断技术中的平扫以及增强扫描方法;而MRI组的病人实施磁共振成像(MRI)诊断技术中冠状面和矢状面两个状态,可根据情况添加相应的增强扫描技术。结果在CT组直肠癌病人的CT成像图中,其中T分期情况和病理诊断结果相似,其准确度是71.0%,其中N分期情况和病理诊断结果相似,其准确度是73.0%。在MRI组直肠癌病人的MRI成像图中,其中T分期情况和病理诊断结果相似,其准确度是86.0%,其中N分期情况和病理诊断结果相似,其准确度是89.0%。两组直肠癌病人的CT成像和MRI成像技术的分期诊断准确度之间存在显著的差别(P<0.05)。结论 MRI影像学检测技术对于直肠癌病人在手术前实施分期诊断的准确度比CT检测技术更高,在临床中具备一定的优越性。
Objective To investigate the accuracy of CT and MRI imaging in the diagnosis of rectal cancer patients before surgery. Methods A total of 200 patients with rectal cancer undergoing hospital treatment from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected by random sampling. All patients were divided equally into two groups, CT and MRI Group, of which CT group of patients with CT scan technique in the implementation of enhanced scanning and enhanced scanning method; and MRI group of patients implementing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) diagnosis of coronal and sagittal two states, according to the situation to add the corresponding Enhanced scanning technology. Results In the CT imaging of CT patients with rectal cancer, the T stage was similar to the pathological diagnosis, with an accuracy of 71.0%. The accuracy of the N stage was similar to that of pathological diagnosis, and the accuracy was 73.0%. The MR imaging of MRI patients with rectal cancer showed that the accuracy of T stage was similar to that of pathological diagnosis, and the accuracy was 86.0%. The accuracy of N stage and pathological diagnosis was 89.0%. There was a significant difference (P <0.05) between the two groups of rectal cancer patients CT imaging and MRI imaging staging diagnostic accuracy. Conclusion MRI imaging detection technology for rectal cancer patients before the implementation of phased diagnosis accuracy is higher than the CT detection technique, in the clinical have some advantages.
