消费者在选购手机等便携式产品时,除了考虑功能及外型,最常提出的问题不外乎——待机时间多久?可以持续使用多长时间?显见电力持久度已成为便携式产品的重要指针之一。而随着近年来便携式产品市场的迅速增长,对于电源管理技术的要求也随之提高,不仅要求省电,还必须缩小体积以符合纤巧的要求。专精于模拟技术的美国国家半导体(NS)及德州仪器(TI),在便携式产品电源管理领域皆具鲁独特的技术及见解,因此本刊特地采访NS亚太区便携式电源产品经理昊主祥以及TI便携式电源管理产品总监David Heacock,一探便携式产品电源管理技术的发展方向。
Consumers buying mobile phones and other portable products, in addition to considering the function and appearance, the most commonly asked questions - no matter how long standby time? How long can be sustained? Obvious power durability has become an important indicator of portable products one. With the rapid growth of the portable product market in recent years, the requirements for power management technologies have also increased, not only for saving power but also for reducing the size to meet the slim requirements. National Semiconductor (NS) and Texas Instruments (TI), specializing in analog technologies, have unique technologies and insights in the field of portable product power management. Therefore, we specifically interview with Hsiao Hsiang-cheung, NS Product Manager for Portable Power and David Heacock, director of portable power management products at TI, explores the development of portable power management technologies.
