集资办医是多渠道、多层次.多形式办医的一种,它缓解了国家对卫生事业投入有限而人民群众对医疗需求日益增加的矛盾。但是,由于管理不善,有些地方出现了无计划、无控制、重复购置医疗器械及滥检查、乱收费等问题。因此,除了明确集资办医的目的外,还应加强管理。对购置大型医疗设备必须进行论证和报批;对医疗器械必须由单位统一管理使用;严格执行国家制订的收费标准。
The fund-raising operation is a kind of multi-channel, multi-level, and multi-format medical treatment. It eases the contradiction that the state’s investment in health care is limited and the people’s demand for medical care is increasing. However, due to poor management, there have been problems in areas such as unplanned, uncontrolled, repeated purchases of medical devices, abuse of inspections, and arbitrary charges. Therefore, in addition to clarifying the purpose of fund-raising for medical treatment, management should also be strengthened. The purchase of large-scale medical equipment must be demonstrated and submitted for approval; medical equipment must be uniformly managed and used by the unit; and the charging standards formulated by the country must be strictly implemented.
