铝酸盐浸渍阴极在大功率速调管中应用时,遇到了两个问题:1.工作温度高,电流密度小。阴极工作在1150℃时偏离点电流密度j_α=1.1安培/厘米~2;2.在空间电荷限制区,1gU_α-1gI_α直线斜率不足1.5,一般在1.35左右,因此引起导流系数不稳。这两点妨碍了钡钨阴极的应用。针对这一问题,我们从阴极制造工艺到阴极处理工艺进行了大量的试验,解决了上述两个问题。下面介绍我们工作的主要结果:
When used in high-power klystrons, aluminate-impregnated cathodes encounter two problems: 1. High operating temperatures and low current densities. Cathode working at 1150 ℃ deviation current density j_α = 1.1A / cm ~ 2; 2. Space charge limited area, 1gU_α-1gI_α line slope of less than 1.5, generally about 1.35, causing the flow diversion coefficient instability. These two points hinder the use of barium tungsten cathodes. In response to this issue, we have a lot of experiments from the cathode manufacturing process to the cathode process, to solve the above two problems. Here are the main results of our work:
