胰腺癌是恶性程度最高的致死性肿瘤之一, 由于侵袭性强, 缺乏有效的早期诊断方法, 确诊时往往已经转移, 诊断后中位生存期不到 6 个月, 预后很差[1]。近年来胰腺癌的分子生物学和基因的研究成为热点。目前胰腺癌相关基因研究较多的有 ras 基因、p53 基因、端粒酶基因和 DPC4 基因等, 虽然胰腺癌发生过程中的基因改变已比较清楚, 但对与之相关的分子机制的认识尚不深入。
