目的:研究地肤Kochia scoparia(L.)Schrad.的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱分离化学成分,根据波谱数据确定化学结构。结果:分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别为:鸢尾苷元(1)、红车轴草素(2)、5,2’-二羟基-6,7-亚甲二氧基异黄酮(3)、iriflogenin(4)、5-羟基-6,7-二甲氧基黄酮(5)、阿魏酸(6)、N-trans-feruloylmethoxytyramine(7)、N-trans-feruloyltyramine(8)、豆甾醇(9)、齐墩果酸(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)、胡萝卜苷(12)。结论:其中,化合物1~9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Kochia scoparia (L.) Schrad. Methods: The chemical constituents were separated by silica gel column chromatography and the chemical structure was determined by spectral data. RESULTS: Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as follows: tectorigenin (1), tricin (2), 5,2’-dihydroxy-6,7-methylenedioxyisoflavone (3) Ferulic acid (6), N-trans-feruloylmethoxytyramine (7), N-trans-feruloyltyramine (8), stigmasterol 9), oleanolic acid (10), β-sitosterol (11), daucosterol (12). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1 to 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
