杜儿坪矿十五尺煤层与下伏八尺煤层组成一组缓倾斜、硬顶板、近距离的厚煤层群.本文根据开采十五尺煤层调查资料和杜儿坪矿该煤层的2647回采工作面现场观测资料,分析了十五尺煤层坚硬顶板的垮落性,在采用人工强制冒顶全部垮落法管理顶板的条件下,顶板岩石的破坏和活动过程以及引起的矿山压力及其显现规律.这对于改善顶板管理方法是具有重大的实际意义.通过分析表明:十五尺煤层坚硬顶板在采用炸药爆破顶板,消除直接顶之石灰岩的绞接作用,顶板是能够冒落的.并且,采用分层开采能够限制老顶活动对工作空间的威胁.
Fifteen feet of coal seam in Du’erping Mine and the next eight feet of coal seam form a set of gently inclined, hard roof and close-range thick coal seam group.Based on the survey data of 15-foot coal seam mining and the 2647 back-mining of this coal seam in Du’erping Mine Surface observation data were used to analyze the roof collapse of the 15-foot coal seam. The roof rock destruction and the activity process, as well as the mine pressure and its appearance rule under the conditions of roof collapse by artificial forced roof collapse method were all analyzed. This is of great practical significance for the improvement of the roof management method.It is shown by the analysis that the roof of the 15-foot-long coal seam hard-roofing can be demolished by using blasting blasting roof to eliminate the stranding of limestone directly on the roof, Tailing can limit the threat to the work space caused by the activity of the roof.
