基于柱前衍生化GC/MS分析方法,考察了p H值对γ-羟基丁酸(GHB)稳定性与提取效率的影响、衍生化条件及复杂液态基质对GHB色谱行为的影响、前体物质γ-丁内酯对GHB检验结果的影响,优化了样品前处理方法及色谱条件。对于简单液态基质中GHB的分析,该方法检出限可达到50ppb;对于复杂液态基质中GHB的分析,该方法检出限可达到100ppb。
The effect of p H value on the stability and extraction efficiency of γ-hydroxybutyrate (GHB), the derivatization conditions and the effect of complex liquid matrix on the chromatographic behavior of GHB were investigated based on the precolumn derivatization GC / MS analysis. γ-butyrolactone on GHB test results, optimizing the sample pretreatment methods and chromatographic conditions. For the analysis of GHB in simple liquid matrix, the detection limit of this method can reach 50ppb; for the analysis of GHB in complex liquid matrix, the detection limit of this method can reach 100ppb.
