我厂曾制造过一批解放牌汽车变速箱,其中第二速齿轮花键孔见图1所示。由于M8162A花键轴磨床行程不够,不能磨制较长的拉刀,造成花键孔加工困难。为此,我们利用原来的一把6-65D×58D_7×16D_d矩形花键拉刀,另外又制造一把同类的短拉刀及一把推刀(图2),组成三把为一套的花键孔加工刀具。先将花键孔外径依次拉削至尺寸,但此时键宽尺寸还不够,再用推刀扩大至加工要求。实践证明,这种加工方法效果较好。现仅将该推刀结构特点作一简介。一、结构在推刀的刀杆轴向两端有宽15~(+0.027)的缺口(见图3),缺口在圆周上错开。在每一缺口的下端有圆孔及螺孔。紧套5(图4)上端侧面与缺口滑配,下端
