目的通过营养KAP问卷调查,了解大学生营养知识、态度、行为现状,分析影响大学生营养状况的相关因素,为开展营养教育、指导大学生建立科学合理的饮食习惯提供帮助。方法抽取南京仙林大学城9所高校1 000名大学生进行营养KAP问卷调查及身高体重测量,建立数据库统计软件分析。结果大学生营养知识普遍缺乏,优秀率1.45%,合格率45.89%,女生高于男生;对待营养态度较积极,健康意识较高,但缺乏获取营养知识、指导日常饮食主动性;大学生的饮食习惯不太合理,三餐规律人数少,需要加强奶、豆制品、优质蛋白和水果的摄入量。结论大学生营养知识普遍缺乏,饮食习惯不合理,获取知识的主动性不高,缺乏营养实践指导,需要加强营养教育,改善日常饮食习惯,提高大学生营养水平。
Objective To understand the undergraduates’ nutrition knowledge, attitudes and behavior status through nutritional KAP questionnaire, analyze the related factors that affect the nutritional status of undergraduates, and provide help for developing nutrition education and guiding college students to establish scientific and rational dietary habits. Methods A total of 1 000 college students from 9 colleges and universities in Xianlin University City, Nanjing, were investigated for nutritional KAP questionnaire and height and weight measurement, and the statistical software of database was established. Results There was a general lack of nutritional knowledge among college students. The excellent rate was 1.45%, the pass rate was 45.89%, and the female students were higher than the boys. The nutrition attitude was more positive, the health awareness was higher, but lacked the nutrition knowledge to guide the daily dietary initiative. Too reasonable to eat less regular meals, the need to strengthen the milk, soy products, high-quality protein and fruit intake. Conclusion There is a general lack of nutritional knowledge among college students, unreasonable eating habits, lack of initiative to acquire knowledge, lack of guidance on nutritional practices, and the need to strengthen nutrition education, improve daily dietary habits and improve the nutritional level of college students.
