结合我国腈纶废水特征,系统归纳了近年来国内针对该类废水常用的物化处理技术并对研究方向进行了分析。总结各类物化处理技术普遍存在的问题,并提出未来物化处理技术在该领域研究的方向。最后指出,物化法应从属于生化处理,一切物化法应用皆应在充分利用微生物共代谢降解能力基础之上或为其提供有利条件,物化技术与生化法的有效组合可有效寻找去除效率与经济成本的平衡点;并认为从提高生化处理效率和降低处理成本角度着手,对原有技术进行改进或开发节能高效新技术是一种趋势,组合工艺是一种有效手段。
Based on the characteristics of acrylic fiber wastewater in our country, the physicochemical treatment techniques commonly used in this kind of wastewater in China are summarized systematically and the research directions are analyzed. Summarizes the various kinds of materialization treatment of ubiquitous problems, and put forward the future physical and chemical treatment technology in the field of research direction. Finally, it is pointed out that the physicochemical method should be subordinate to biochemical treatment, and all the application of physical and chemical methods should be based on or make full use of microbial co-metabolic degradation capacity based on or provide favorable conditions for the effective combination of physicochemical techniques and biochemical methods can effectively find the removal efficiency and economic costs The balance point is considered. In order to improve the efficiency of biochemical treatment and reduce the treatment cost, it is a trend to improve or develop new technologies of energy-saving and high-efficiency, and the combination process is an effective measure.
