教师期望能在学生行为上得以反映。培养学生意志力也是教师工作的任务和目标之一。本研究通过访谈、问卷调查、实验研究等,结果发现:1小学生知觉到教师期望存在性别、年级差异;2教师期望能唤起学生的意志力行为,不同期望唤起的学生意志力水平有差异;3教师期望唤起学生意志力的水平随着年级的升高逐渐减小。据此提出教育建议,期望为小学教育中的学生意志力培养提供借鉴和参考。
Teacher expectations can be reflected in student behavior. Cultivating students ’willpower is also one of the tasks and goals of teachers’ work. Through interviews, questionnaires and experimental studies, the study found that: 1 primary school students perceived to teachers expect gender and grade differences; 2 teachers expect to arouse the students ’willpower behavior, different expectations of the level of students’ willpower evoked; 3 The level of teachers’ desire to evoke the willpower of students gradually decreases as their grade increases. Propose the education suggestion accordingly, expecting to provide the reference and reference for the cultivation of students’ willpower in elementary education.
