At present, the assessment of most physical health conditions must be based on a certain intensity of exercise, heart rate, oxygen consumption and heart rate after recovery measured during exercise or after exercise, the statistical processing, and then predict or assess physical fitness. All of these methods require apparatus and equipment, and take time, some exercise more inappropriate for body fat, due to the above limitations, most of the methods can not be used in large-scale determination. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the heart rate at rest is related to the Vmax of the human body and whether it can be used as a prediction of the health status of a large number of people who are working. Methods Six hundred volunteers aged 20-60 were selected from 3,000 according to the following requirements: All subjects required good health, engaged in non-manual work and had participated in any physical training in the previous year. From a professional point of view are doctors, law
