目的运用固相萃取法(SPE)净化、气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用法分析,在选择离子监测模式(SIM)下建立了薄荷中10种农药同时测定的定性定量分析方法。方法样品用乙腈提取,经SPE净化去除杂质后,直接进行GC-MS分析,内标法定量。结果 10种农药在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均>0.99。10种农药在3个加标水平下的回收率为73.1%~112.8%,相对标准偏差均不超过5%。结论所用方法操作简单、分析快捷、灵敏准确,适用于薄荷中多种农药的同时分析检测。
OBJECTIVE To establish a qualitative and quantitative method for the simultaneous determination of 10 pesticides in peppermint by means of solid phase extraction (SPE) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified by SPE to remove impurities. The samples were directly analyzed by GC-MS and quantified by internal standard method. Results The 10 pesticides had good linearity in the range of their respective concentrations with correlation coefficients> 0.99. The recoveries of 10 pesticides at 3 spiked levels ranged from 73.1% to 112.8% with relative standard deviations less than 5%. Conclusion The method used is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It is suitable for the simultaneous analysis and detection of many pesticides in peppermint.
