玉米自交系间杂交种有很强的杂种优势,生产上推广种植自交系间杂交种有很大的增产潜力。因此,必须要选育优良的自交系以获得高产杂交种。根据我区高温高湿,大小斑病严重,夏涝秋旱,土地贫脊等特点,应以早中熟、抗大小斑病、适应性广、高产稳产为选育目标。我所除了以常规方法为主选育玉米自交系外,几年来还利用花药培养、辐射诱变等手段来选育玉米自交系。
Maize inbred lines hybrids have strong heterosis, the production of popularized inbred lines hybrids have great potential for yield increase. Therefore, good inbred lines must be bred for high-yielding hybrids. According to the characteristics of high temperature and humidity in our region, severe plaque spot, summer drought and autumn drought, land ridges, etc., breeding targets should be early maturity, resistance to spot and spot disease, wide adaptability and high and stable yield. In addition to using conventional methods to breed corn inbred lines, we also used anther culture and radiation mutagenesis to breed maize inbred lines for several years.
