高中英语课堂教学都是采用统一的教学方式,安排给学生的课堂练习和课后作业是一致的,可谓标准化教学。标准化英语课堂教学实施比较方便,易于教师操作,但也带来了许多问题,比如不能够照顾到学生之间的差异。而重视学生之间的差异性,对学生进行因材施教,一直都是新课程标准所关注的重点内容,应该在高中英语教学中得以体现。所以,高中英语课堂教学之中需要进行分层,对不同能力和性格的学生采用不同教学方式。下面讨论在高中英语课堂教学中进
