针对传统低压铸造生产过程缺乏实时数据采集入库及远程监视的情况,设计了以C8051F350单片机为控制核心,以单片机内部自带的A/D实现模拟量采集,以TLP521-4芯片为数字量采集的关键部件,以WIFI技术实现数据发送,以PC端自开发软件实现数据接收、解析及入库,以WEB客户端访问数据库的低压铸造机数据采集入库与远程监视系统的实现方案。阐述了系统组成结构及工作原理、软硬件设计。此系统具有较高的精度及稳定性,可以实现多个模拟量和数字量的长期循环实时采集及发送。
