在完全保留、部分保留及彻底去除原始渗铝层的情况下,对一次翻修时某型发动机Ⅰ级涡轮叶片(材料为铸造镍基高温合金K417)进行了再渗铝试验;用电子探针和X射线衍射仪,对原始渗铝层和每一种再渗铝层的深度、铝浓度及其分布、表层的相等进行了分析研究;提出了对抛修后的这类叶片进行再渗铝的较佳工艺方法。
