在执行产业政策方面,贯彻国家“三个不受限制”的决定,即乡镇企业只要立足当地资源,适应国内外市场需要,除国家法律规定的外,适合发展什么就发展什么,不受限制;只要产品质量高,销路好,又有治理污染和环境保护措施,项目规划大小不受限制;在保证效益的前提下,发展速度能多快就多快,不受限制。 1、根据我省矿产资源分散和储量特点,凡适合乡镇企业开发利用的,矿产部门在作好规划的前提下,尽量鼓励乡镇企业开发利用。
