党的十五大以来,辽宁省的城市建设突飞猛进。城镇住房制度改革不断深化,建筑行业焕发出勃勃生机,住宅建设稳步发展,房地产市场日益活跃,供水供气等城市功能日趋完善,城市居民生活水平逐年提高。目前,辽宁省的城镇化水平为54.2%,居全国第六位。但在这样高城镇化水平下,辽宁省在拉动内需方面对国家贡献甚微。从中不难看出,拉动内需并不能仅靠城镇化这一条路。
Since the 15th CPC National Congress, urban construction in Liaoning Province has progressed by leaps and bounds. With the deepening reform of housing system in cities and towns, the construction industry is full of vigor and vitality, the steady development of housing construction, the increasingly active real estate market, the increasingly perfect urban functions such as water and gas supply, and the improvement of living standards for urban residents year by year. At present, the level of urbanization in Liaoning Province is 54.2%, ranking sixth in the country. However, under this high level of urbanization, Liaoning Province has made little contribution to the country in stimulating domestic demand. It is not hard to see that driving domestic demand can not rely solely on urbanization.
