When the NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) spectrum is obtained by the DFT (Discrete Fourier Transform) method, the resolution of the obtained NMR spectrum obviously depends on the spin-spin relaxation time of the nuclei and the number of times of sampling of NMR signals . That is, the NMR spectrum attenuates both the NMR signal due to the relaxation time and the error associated with the discrete approximation of the NMR spectrum. Therefore, the resolution of the NMR spectrum is reduced and the spectrum is not consistent with the density distribution of the nuclei. Text
