人力资源管理作为企业发展中重要的组成部分,其对整个企业的长期发展起着重要的作用,尤其是在供电企业中人力资源管理更显得尤为重要,但事实上供电企业在人力资源管理上存在着各种风险,这些严重危害到供电企业的正常运行,为此应当加强对这些风险的防范,进而有效的保证供电企业的稳定发展。本文分析了供电企业人资资源管理中存在的风险,并提出了一定的防范措施,为今后供电企业更好的规避人力资源管理中的风险提供一定的借鉴。
As an important part of the enterprise development, human resource management plays an important role in the long-term development of the entire enterprise. Especially in the power supply enterprises, human resource management is even more important. However, the fact is that power supply enterprises exist in human resource management All kinds of risks, which seriously jeopardize the normal operation of power supply enterprises. Therefore, the prevention of these risks should be strengthened so as to effectively ensure the stable development of power supply enterprises. This paper analyzes the risks existing in human resources management of power supply enterprises and puts forward some preventive measures to provide some reference for the future power supply enterprises to better avoid the risks in human resources management.
