S195柴油机的上下平衡轴轴承,经多次拆装或由于加工精度等原因,往往产生轴承跑外圈现象,如不及时修复,机体上的轴承座孔会越跑越大,致使孔用挡圈磨薄损坏、平衡轴窜动,并且产生很大的噪音和振动。除轴承拉毛和镗孔镶套修复外,笔者在几台机车上采用下述新法,效果良好,自此从未再发生过跑外圈现象。具体步骤如下:①在205轴承的外圈上(约120°)用砂轮打磨出两道断面为三角形的沟槽,如
