在混凝土生产中,保证和提高混凝土的质量,包括两方面的工作:一是工序控制,或称过程管理;二是抽样检验,或称质量验收。前者是指在生产过程中及时检验生产是否正常,预防次品出现,以提高产品的合格率;后者是指生产过程完毕后,按照一定的标准鉴定一批产品是否合格。这两方面的工作统称为质量管理。本讲主要介绍工序控制方法。工序控制的主要工具是质量管理图。
In concrete production, ensuring and improving the quality of concrete includes two aspects: one is process control, or process management; the other is sampling inspection, or quality acceptance. The former refers to the timely inspection of production in the production process is normal, to prevent the appearance of defective products, in order to improve the product pass rate; the latter refers to the end of the production process, according to a certain standard to determine whether a number of products are qualified. The two areas of work are collectively referred to as quality management. This lecture mainly introduces process control methods. The main tool for process control is the quality management diagram.
