论述了林业在国民经济及社会发展中的地位和作用,在提出的中国21世纪林业发展目标的基础上,针对性地揭示了我国人工林定向经营存在的主要问题。
The status and role of forestry in the national economy and social development are discussed. Based on the proposed goal of forestry development in the 21st century in China, the main problems in the directional management of plantation in our country are revealed.
