调查表明,66%的学生每天锻炼时间不足一小时,近24.8%的学生每天基本不锻炼;有60.4%的学生没有养成体育锻炼的习惯。因而,青少年学生的部分体能素质指标十多年来持续下降,所以要保证学生每天参加一小时体育锻炼,激励全体学生走向操场、走进大自然、走到阳光下,积极参加体育锻炼,从而形成良好的体育锻炼习惯和健康的生活方式,形成热爱体育、崇尚运动、健康向上的良好风气。
