目的探讨高频彩色多普勒、钼靶X线摄影单独和联合应用对乳腺肿瘤早期诊断的价值。方法收集120例乳腺癌患者的钼靶和高频彩色多普勒的影像学资料和病理资料,进行病理分型、分期,对比分析各病理类型乳腺癌高频彩色多普勒、钼靶的总体准确率以及各病理分期的准确率。结果各病理类型乳腺癌患者高频彩色多普勒总体准确率为76.7%(92/120),钼靶X线为80%(96/120),两者比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.501);两者联合应用诊断准确率为92.7%(110/120),高于两者单独应用,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。结论高频彩色多普勒和钼靶X线检查各有其优势,选择性应用联合诊断可提高乳腺肿瘤的诊断水平。
Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency color Doppler and mammography alone and in combination for the early diagnosis of breast tumors. Methods The mammographic and high-frequency color Doppler imaging data and pathological data of 120 cases of breast cancer patients were collected. The pathological types and stages were collected. The pathological types of breast cancer were analyzed by high-frequency color Doppler, Accuracy and accuracy of the various stages of the disease. Results The overall accuracy of high frequency color Doppler was 76.7% (92/120) in patients with breast cancer and 80% (96/120) in mammography. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P = 0.501 ). The diagnostic accuracy of the combination of the two was 92.7% (110/120), which was higher than the two alone, the difference was statistically significant (P = 0.013). Conclusion High-frequency color Doppler and mammography have their own advantages, combined with selective diagnosis can improve the diagnosis of breast cancer.
