目的:研究秋泻灵合剂的体外抗轮状病毒活性及其作用机制。方法:采用体外细胞培养法培养恒河猴MA104细胞, 用人轮状病毒Wa A群感染细胞,通过ELISA法对病毒进行滴定,用于评价细胞生长、病毒繁殖情况,确定细胞受感染程度。结果:秋泻灵处理组与病毒组细胞相比,生长出现明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:秋泻灵合剂对轮状病毒感染有预防、治疗和中和病毒活性的的作用。
Objective: To study the anti-rotavirus activity of Qixixilingling in vitro and its mechanism of action. METHODS: Cultured rhesus macaque MA104 cells were cultured in vitro and the cells were infected with the human rotavirus group Wa A. The virus was titrated by ELISA to evaluate cell growth, virus reproduction, and determine the extent of cell infection. Results: There was a significant difference in the growth of Qixixilingling group compared with the virus group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Qixixieling Mixture has the effect of preventing, treating and neutralizing viral activity of rotavirus infection.
