在现代养鸡生产中，环境因素起着重要作用，其中以持续高温造成的影响最为显著。本文在综合文献资料的基础上，对鸡热应激产生的行为、生产性能和生理生化变化以及热应激的预防措施加以论述，并对抗热应激添加剂的发展趋势提出自己的看法。
